Me and My Cookbook

I found another blogging event, this was a super simple, and very fun one so I knew I had to participate right away. The hard part was choosing my favorite cookbook. I have many cookbooks and like all of them for different reasons. In the end I chose my trusty Betty Crocker New Edition Cookbook. My mom had one of these growing up, it is SO beat up because we always used it, this was the first thing I asked for when I moved out, and I believe my mom bought it for us for a house warming gift. I use this cookbook whenever I am in need of a tried and true recipe, I have yet to have a failed recipe from my trusty Betty Crocker.
