- 1 squash (she always used acorn)
- 4 Tb. butter
- brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut squash in half pull out all the seeds. And place cut side face up on a baking sheet.
Place 2 Tb. of butter in each half, and put some brown sugar in the hole, as much or as little as you like.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until tender.

Ah, this kind of stuff makes me look forward to Fall! I love the pool of buttery sugar goodness in the bottom! :)~
