Bagel Sandwiches

I love going to Mc.Donalds for breakfast for their bagel sandwiches. I had a friend who worked there and I got the inside tip. And since then I LOVE making them at home.

Bagel Sandwiches (My Recipe)
  • 1 egg (done anyway you like, I prefer to dip in yolk of an over easy egg
  • 2 pieces of bacon
  • 1 bagel
  • Hollandaise sauce
Assemble and enjoy!

I LOVE breakfast bagel sandwiches. They are my favorite. So McDonald's really uses a hollandise sauce? Interesting.
