American Potatoes (Adam's Recipe)
- 2 potatoes per person
- Salt & Pepper
- Seasoning Salt
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Powder
- Italian Seasoning
1. Heat pan with 2-3 Tb. of Oil
2. Wash and dice potatoes into small cubes.
3. Throw into warm pan, add seasonings. Cover
4. Fry on medium/high for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and little mushy.
***Tips: Stir every couple minutes, you can add mushrooms, onions, and/or beef or sausage. Want to have oil hot, so they start cooking right away, and cook all the potatoes at one time.
