Did you know Feburary 5th is World Nutella day, I will admit I never had nutella until a few months ago and just love it. I say a blog challenge and instantly started thinking of what to make. One thing I am not good at is creating my own recipe, I am always nervous. So I mentioned something to my mom while we were out shopping today. I got her wheels turning and she gets all the credit for this recipe :-) She created the whole thing.
We ended up finding frozen butternut squash ravioli in the grocery store, but here is my recipe from when I made them last time.
This was an AWESOME dish, it is not something I want all the time as it can be a bit sweet for dinner, but it is very good flavor and the squash and nutella compliment each other well

Hey Carrie,
Looks great! Kudos to your mom! I am confused though...how do you make the ravioli? Your recipe calls for butternut squash but I am not sure what to do with it.
Sorry, I have updated the post to show with the raviloi.
Wow, this looks fantastic! And what better to put Nutella in than ravioli...yum!
hmmm, i'm having trouble imagining what this would taste like...but nutella is so great, i'm sure it would complement the butternut squash well!
Sounds like such a strange combination but also sounds so yummy!
Congrats!
This sounds just SINFUL! :)
