I believe these are my favorite cookie of all time, they are SO simple to make, but I never have them except for at Christmas time. My mom said this recipe was passed on from my grandma, and my grandma is unsure where the recipe came from or a name we call them ritz peanut butter things. So I decided to name them :-) Definatly try this recipe!
Because these are my favorite Christmas Cookie I decided this was the recipe to submit to the Food Blogga Eat Christmas Cookies Event. You can view other cookie recipes here.

Hi Carrie!
You must have trouble keeping these in the house once you make them--who could resist? Thank you (and your mom and grandmother) for this simple and delicious cookie recipe. And thanks for submitting them to Eat Christmas Cookies. -Susan
