Funfetti Cookies

My favorite cake in the whole world is funfetti, I love the seasonal funfetti mixes too. When I heard from Melissa you could make it in to cookies, I knew I had to try it. I say the Halloween mix at Target yesterday and picked up a box to try it.

These were SOOOO yummy, I love em :-)

Funfetti Cookies (Pillsbury Box)

  • 1 (18.9 oz oz) pkg. Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 can funfetti frosting

Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir with spoon until throughly mositened. Stire in candy bits from cake mix. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inche apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.

Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.

Spread frosting over warm cookies. immediately sprinkle each with candy bits from frosting. Let frosting set before storing. Store in tightly covered container.
