Pork with Corn

Today the high was 82, it was wonderful outside. We knew yesterday when going grocery shopping we wanted to grill tonight. Unfortunately living in an apartment it's a rather difficult task to grill. We pack up the blanket, food, plates, silverware, drinks, and today the cats and go into the back commons area and grill. It is nice because we make a little picnic of it. But oh how I can't wait til we own a home and can grill on our deck!

Anyway I marinated a pork loin today and then we roasted some corn on the cob. It was a wonderful meal!!

Pork Loin, I used a Grill Mates Teriyaki seasoning packet. I prepared it about 8 am this morning, all you use is the packet, vinegar, water, and a little oil. It gave it a great taste. We grilled about 5 and it had the perfect flavor not too much not too little! We grilled the pork loin for about 45 minutes and it could of been cut down to about 30 minutes.

Corn On The Cob, This wasn't the best corn since it isn't in season but it was still very tasty as we hadn't had it for months. We shucked the corn, and wrapped in tin-foil. We grilled it for 20 minutes, it was good but could of went for about 10 more minutes.

I hope you all got out to enjoy the nice weather!

Looks super yummy. I tried making some corn on the cob this weekend too. It just wasn't in season.

I've never tried these grill mate packets you've used here and in another recipe on your blog. Where are they in the grocery store? I couldn't find them like by the salad dressing packets or the gravy mixes.
